Get to Know
Grant Neil, DMD
Dr. Neil grew up in Seattle with a passion for dentistry from a young age. Throughout his childhood, he would visit his family in North Dakota and Minnesota and is looking forward to living in the Midwest permanently and being closer to family in Bismarck and Fargo. His favorite parts of dentistry are connecting with patients and helping to improve their oral health and seeing a happy smile as a result. He’s excited to be a part of Souris Valley Dental Group as we share a similar commitment to our patients' well-being and continue to utilize the latest technologies and treatments. He looks forward to working with our incredible staff to provide the best experience for his patients.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Neil attended Boston College for undergrad and earned a Master of Oral Health Sciences from Boston University in 2019. He then graduated summa cum laude from the Boston University Dental School in 2023 and was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Following graduation, he completed his General Dentistry Residency in Omaha at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Neil swam from the age of five through college and still enjoys swimming and exercising. He also regularly spends time outside and goes to Boston to visit his college friends. He is excited to live in Minot and enjoy all that it has to offer, including the outdoor trails and the North Dakota State Fair.
